Cookie policy
1. Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Local storage saves information on your device too. This policy covers both, along with tracking tags that can send information without setting a cookie. See our privacy policy for the business contact and information about personal data.
2. Your choice comes first
Optional analytics and advertising are off until you agree to the relevant category. “Reject optional” and “Accept all” are equally available, and “Choose settings” lets you select analytics and advertising separately. You can use the website and request a callback without accepting either.
We use Google Consent Mode with analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied by default. We block Google tracking scripts before permission rather than sending denied-consent cookieless pings. Google Tag Manager is held behind advertising permission; tags inside it must respect the separate analytics choice too.
3. Storage used by this website
- Essential preferences · first-party local storage
rt-cookie-consent-v2andrt-cookie-consent-v2-historysave your separate choices, notice version and timestamps, including earlier choices when you withdraw. They stay on this browser until you clear storage; they are not sent to Google. An olderrt-cookie-consententry may remain from the previous notice but no longer grants permission.- Analytics · Google Analytics · optional
- When configured and you accept analytics, Google may set
_gaand_ga_*cookies to distinguish visitors and maintain visit/session information. Google’s standard expiry can be up to two years, depending on property settings, browser restrictions and whether expiry is renewed. These cookies are not essential for a callback. - Advertising · Google tags · optional
- When advertising tags are configured and you accept advertising, cookies such as
_gcl_auor_gcl_awmay store ad-click and conversion information (commonly around 90 days). Other Google advertising cookies, including third-party identifiers, depend on enabled tags, browser settings and Google’s services. These examples do not mean every listed cookie is currently set.
Google Ads conversion IDs and Meta Pixel are not configured directly in this website at the update date. Google Tag Manager is configured separately, so its enabled tags must be reviewed before adding or changing tracking. See Google’s cookie information for provider purposes and durations.
External fonts are requested from Google Fonts to display the page. This makes a connection to Google that includes technical request information; it is not the optional Google Analytics or Google Ads tracking described above.
4. Change or withdraw permission
Select Cookie settings in any page footer or below. Opening settings does not erase your existing choice. Saving a rejection stops new optional tracking, removes known first-party Google/Meta measurement cookies where accessible, and refreshes the page to remove loaded tracking scripts. Other tabs refresh when your choice changes.
Browser settings let you remove cookies and local storage, including third-party cookies that this website cannot delete. Clearing preference storage means we ask again. Withdrawal does not undo information already lawfully sent; contact the relevant provider or us about privacy rights. We do not replay tracking events that were blocked before consent.
5. Google controls
You can also manage Google personalised advertising through My Ad Center or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. These additional controls do not replace your website cookie choice.
